GET YOUR 1983 CHANEL ON!

Can we ever post enough Chanel to satiate our ever adoring blog readers? Here is one from 1983 and the very start Karl Lagerfeld's tenure at Chanel. It's Chanel Boutique, not Couture, but the gorgeous embroidery of silver and gold is Couture-worthy. It's a two piece ensemble. An over-sized tee that buttons up the back with over sized short sleeve cuffs. The skirt has a classic waist band with two front pockets and matching splatter of silver and gold sequins. We are always mad for two piece ensembles. The tee shirt could be worn with slim back pants and the skirt with a cashmere turtleneck. So many possibilities.
